Beet Root Pickle
Ingredients for Beet Root Pickle:
- Beet root – 250 gm
- Coconut oil – 200 gm
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Curry leaves – 2 stems
- Green chillies finely chopped – 1 tsp
- Garlic finely chopped – 1 tsp
- Chilli powder -3 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Vinegar – ½ cup
- Salt – as needed
How to prepare Beet Root Pickle?
- Grate beetroot
- Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds. Sauté green chillies, garlic and curry leaves.
- Add grated beet root and cook well.
