Banana Fingers (Ethapazham Fingers)
Ingredients for Banana Fingers (Ethapazham Fingers):
1. Kerala banana (Ethapazham) – 2
2. Scrapped coconut – 1 cup
Cashews – 2 big spoons
Raisins – 2 big spoons
3. Maida – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 big spoons
Soda powder – A pinch
Water – As required
4. Oil – For frying
How to prepare Banana Fingers (Ethapazham Fingers)?
1. Boil 2 bananas and smash well.
2. Add coconut, cashews and raisins and mix well.
3. Make finger shapes from the above mixture.
4. Prepare batter using ingredients no: 3. It should have the consistency of idli batter.
5. Dip the banana fingers in this batter.
6. Deep fry in hot oil.
