Anchovy Salad (Netoli Salad)

Ingredients for Anchovy Salad (Netoli Salad):

1. Anchovy (Netoli) cleaned – 250 gm

2. Ginger – 1 piece

    Garlic – 5 cloves

    Green chillies – 2

    Pepper – 1 small spoon

    Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 big spoon

    Curry leaves – 5 stems

    Lemon juice – 1 small spoon

    Salt – For taste

3. Oil – As needed

4. Onion – 1, sliced long

   Tomato – 2, cut lengthwise into two and then into round pieces

   Green chillies – 2, chopped

   Lemon juice – 1 small spoon

   Salt – For taste

How to prepare Anchovy Salad (Netoli Salad)?

1. Clean fish and keep aside.

2. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2 and marinate fish using it.

3. Allow it to rest for a while and deep fry in hot oil till they turn brown and crispy.

4. Mix ingredients no: 4 and transfer to a serving plate.

5. Just before you serve, spread fried anchovies on top.
