4 Cool Sweet dishes for kids this summer season
Here are some simple snack recipes to beat the heat and keep the kids refreshed:
Frozen Banana Ice Cream:
Peel three Kerala bananas, cut them into three pieces each, and freeze for three hours. Blend them in a mixer. Add one teaspoon of vanilla essence and three tablespoons of honey, blend again, and freeze before serving.
Lemon Pizza:
Cut watermelon into 2-inch round slices. Spread yogurt on top and arrange your favorite fruits before serving.
Curd Idli:
Pour one cup of curd into a bowl, add one teaspoon of sugar and salt as needed, and mix well. Cut two idlis into pieces and add them to the curd. Temper with ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Bengal gram, dried red chillies, and coriander leaves before serving.
Pineapple Circle:
Slice pineapple into round pieces, sprinkle a little chilli powder on top, and refrigerate. Once chilled, stack two pineapple slices together, sprinkle sugar, and serve.
