Spinach Vegetable Pakoda

Ingredients for Spinach Vegetable Pakoda:

1. Onion – ¼ cup 

    Cabbage – ¼ cup 

    Carrot – ¼ cup 

2. Grated potato – ¼ cup 

    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon 

    Chilli powder – ½ small spoon 

    Coriander powder – ¼ small spoon 

    Salt – As required 

    Crushed pepper – 1 small spoon 

    Curry leaves (chopped) – 1 small spoon 

    Green chilli (chopped) – 2 small spoons 

    Tender spinach (of your choice) – ¼ cup 

    Lemon juice – 1 small spoon    

    Bengal gram flour – 1½ cups 

    Roasted semolina (Rava) – ½ small spoon 

    Maida – 1 large spoon 

    Rice flour – 1 large spoon 

3. Salt, water – As required 

4. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Spinach Vegetable Pakoda?

1. First, cut all the ingredients from the first list into finger-length pieces or small cubes of your choice, mix well, and keep aside. 

2. Add all the ingredients from the second list to the chopped vegetables and mix well. 

3. Then add salt and enough water to make a thick batter. 

4. Heat oil in a pan and drop spoonfuls of the prepared batter into it.

5. Flip both sides. Fry until golden brown. 

6. Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
