Aloo Paratta

Ingredients for Aloo Paratha:

1. Wheat powder – ½ cup

    Water – As required

    Salt – As required

2. Potatoes boiled and smashed – 2 big spoons

    Onions chopped fine – 1.5 small spoons

    Chillies chopped fine – As needed

    Coriander leaves chopped fine – 1.5 small spoons

    Salt – As required

3. Oil/ghee – As required

How to prepare Aloo Paratha?

1. Knead dough for chapatti using ingredients no: 1.

2. Mix together ingredients no: 2 and keep aside.

3. Make small balls from the dough and spread them poori sized.

4. Place a little potato filling at the centre and make a ball.

5. Then roll again to prepare chapatis and cook in tawa adding oil or ghee on both sides.  

6. Serve aside onion raita or any side dish of your choice.
