Sudheer Sufi – Psycho Simon in Malayalam thriller movie, ‘Anjaam Pathiraa’

Sudheer Sufi is a budding actor of Malayalam cinema, who made an impressive debut through 2020 thriller movie, ‘Anjaam Pathiraa’, co-staring Kunchakko Boban. Though his role was short, it created a great impact on movie audience. The movie went on to become the biggest hit of year 2020. He is originally a make-up artist of Malayalam film industry, who later turned an actor. His entry to films was just unexpected, but became a turning point of his career. He hails from Kodungallur, Thrissur district.

He was casted as Psycho Simon in ‘Anjaam Pathiraa’ by its associate director Amal C. Baby. They have earlier worked in the movie ‘Aakashaganga’, where the role of Sudheer Sufi was a makeup artist. Sudheer Sufi received an overwhelming response in his debut flick. His character Simon Manjooran/ Psycho Simon appears with a fidget spinner throughout the scenes. He also surprised the audience with his ‘female’ look. Though he had less screen time, he earned recognition. His hair style also got noticed.
