Strawberry Parfait

Ingredients for Strawberry Parfait:

1. Sugar – 150 gm

    Egg white – 4

    Whipping cream – 150 gm

    Fresh strawberry – 50 gm

    Vanilla essence – 5 milli

How to prepare Strawberry Parfait?

1. Heat sugar, and when it becomes ball like, add white yolk and beat the contents.

2. Add whipping cream, chopped strawberry and vanilla essence.

3. Mix the contents well and pipe it to short serving glasses.
