Raw Noodles using fruits

Ingredients for Raw Noodles:

1. Carrot – 1

    Salad cucumber – 1

2. Sweet corn – A handful

    Fresh green peas – A handful

3. Mango – 1, cut into pieces after removing skin

    Pineapple chopped – 200 gm

    Rosemary – 2 big spoons

    Dates – 10 (remove seeds)

    Bird’s eye chilli (Kanthari) – 1

How to prepare Raw Noodles?

1. Remove the skin of the carrot and cucumber and cut them using a spiralizer.

2. Otherwise, use a knife to chop them thin.

3. Add ingredients no: 2 and mix well.

4. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 3 to prepare the sauce.

5. Mix this sauce with vegetables to prepare the raw noodles.
