
Ingredients for Pink Kheer:
1. Milk – 2 litres
Raw rice – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – ½ small spoon
2. Sugar – As required
3. Almonds and cardamom powder – To decorate
How to prepare Pink Kheer?
1. Wash the pressure cooker and boil 1 cup of water. Remove that water. It’s done to clean the cooker perfect.
2. Mix ingredients no: 1 and add to the pressure cooker.
3. Just before the first whistle, put it off (to avoid overflowing of milk).
4. After 15 minutes, open the cooker and mix the contents.
5. Close the lid and cook again.
6. Just before the first whistle, put it off again.
7. After 15 minutes, open the cooker. Your kheer will be pink in colour.
8. Add sugar, and mix your kheer.
9. Decorate with almonds and cardamom powder, and use.
