How to prepare Paneer Tikka Kati Roll?

1. Mix together the ingredients no: 1 and marinate the paneer and tomato. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

2. Heat oil, add capsicum and sauté for a while. Then add paneer mixture and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. You need not overcook it. This will be the filling for your Paneer Tikka Kati Roll.

3. Combine the ingredients listed under 5, and prepare a dough similar to chapati dough.

4. Let it rest for a while, then make small balls, roll them out, and cook in a hot pan like chapati. About 9 chapatis can be made.

5. Place a portion of the filling on each chapati and roll it tightly.

6. Place the rolls on a pan greased with a little ghee, and heat slightly.

7. Cut the Paneer Tikka Kati Rolls into 2-inch pieces and serve.
