Paneer Kati Roll recipe

Ingredients for Paneer Kati Roll:

1. Oil – 1 big spoon

2. Onion – 1 big, chopped fine

3. Ginger paste – ½ small spoon

    Garlic paste – 1 small spoon

4. Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

5. Tomato – 1 big, chopped fine

6. Paneer – 1/4 kg

7. Cumin powder – ½ small spoon

    Garam masala powder – ½ small spoon

    Salt – For taste

    Coriander leaves – A little

8. Cooked chapattis – As required

How to prepare Paneer Kati Roll?

1. Heat one big spoon of oil.

2. Sauté onions till the raw smell goes out.

3. Add ginger and garlic pastes and sauté again.

4. When it’s well sautéed, add chilli powder and sauté for a few more moments.

5. Add tomato pieces and sauté again till they turn translucent.

6. Smash paneer using your hands and add to it.

7. Add ingredients no: 7 to it and slowly mix it so that the paneer won’t break too much.

8. Place a little filling inside a chapatti and wrap it well to form a chapatti roll.

9. Wrap using an aluminium foil. Your lunch is ready.
