Paneer Fry Masala Curry recipe

Ingredients for Paneer Fry Masala Curry:

1. Paneer cubes – 1 cup

2. Coconut oil – As needed

3. Mustard – ½ small spoon

    Red chilli – 1, split into 2

4. Onions chopped – 1 cup

    Ginger – 1 small piece

    Green chillies – 2, chopped

    Garlic – 3 or 4 cloves, chopped

    Salt – For taste

    Rambha leaf – 1, chopped (or 1 spoon chopped mint/coriander leaves)

5. Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

    Coriander powder – 1 small spoon

    Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

    Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon

    Turmeric powder – 1/4 small spoon

6. Coconut scraped – 1 cup

How to prepare Paneer Fry Masala Curry?

1. Fry paneer pieces in oil till they get coated with a light brown colour.

2. Remove paneer from oil and add ingredients no: 3, followed by ingredients no: 4.

3. Add paneer pieces and the powders.

4. Extract 1st, 2nd and 3rd milk from scrapped coconut.

5. Add the third extract to the paneer pieces, followed by the second extract.

6. Boil the contents well and turn the flame off.

7. Add the first extract of coconut milk.

8. Check salt, and add extra if needed.
