Nikita Dutta – Hindi Actress of ‘Dream Girl-Ek Ladki Deewani Si’ fame

Nikita Dutta is a film and television actress who appears in Bollywood movies and TV soaps. Among her TV soaps, her role as Lakshmi Mathur in Dream Girl-Ek Ladki Deewani Si is most popular. She played supporting roles in Bollywood flicks – Lekar Hum Deewana Dil, Gold and Kabir Singh. Dream Girl — Ek Ladki Deewani Si, Ek Duje Ke Vaaste and Haasil are her TV appearances, where she played female lead. She was a finalist of Miss India 2012 beauty pageant.

Nikita Dutta was born in Delhi in 1990. Her family shifted to Mumbai where she completed her studies. While studying at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, she started modeling. The success point came when she participated in ‘The Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2012’ and became one of the finalists. Very soon she turned an anchor of ZOOM TV. In 2014 she got break to films through Lekar Hum Deewana Dil playing the supporting role of Rose, and very soon bagged her debut TV show in a parallel lead – Dream Girl-Ek Ladki Deewani Si. Though she appeared in a few more movies and also TV shows in leads, she is recognized as Lakshmi Mathur in her debut TV series, along with her lead role in Ek Duje Ke Vaaste aside Namik Paul.
