Mushroom soup

Ingredients for Mushroom Soup:

1. Ghee – 2 small spoons

    Shallots – 3 or 4

2. Mushroom finely chopped – 250 gm

3. Maida – 1 small spoon

4. Milk – 2 cups

    Water – 1 cup

5. Egg – 1 well whipped

6. Salt and pepper – For taste

7. Bread crumbs fried in ghee – For seasoning

How to make Mushroom soup?

1. Heat ghee in a pan and fry shallots.

2. Add mushrooms and sauté for a while.

3. Add 1 spoon maida and sauté again.

4. Now add milk and water little by little, mix well and allow to boil.

5. When soup starts thickening, add the egg and mix well.

6. Add salt and pepper and put off the flame.

7. Serve hot adding roasted bread crumbs.
