Jam Thumbprint Cookies

Ingredients for Jam Thumbprint Cookies:

1. Butter – 50 gm

    Sugar powdered – ¼ cup

2. Maida – 120 gm

3. Water – A little

4. Jam of your choice – As required

How to prepare Jam Thumbprint Cookies?

1. Pre-heat oven in 150 degree celsious.

2. Mix together ingredients no: 1 and beat well.

3. Add maida to it and using fingers mix the ingredients till it turns bread crumbs-like.

4. Add water little by little and gently knead the dough without adding extra pressure.

5. Make small balls, and using a finger, make a pit at the centre of each one.

6. Place jam as filling for each cookie.

7. Place the cookies in preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
