Grilled Vegetable Brochure with Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients for Grilled Vegetable Brochure with Tzatziki Sauce:
1. Paneer – 100 gm
Green zucchini – 100 gm
Pumpkin – 100 gm
Red capsicum – 100 gm
Green capsicum – 100 gm
Mushroom – 100 gm
2. Salt – ½ small spoon
Pepper powder – 2 small spoons
Basil leaves (Rama Tulsi) – A handful
Olive oil – ½ small spoon
For Tzatziki Sauce:
3. Thick curd – 60 milli
Salad cucumber chopped fine – 2 big spoons
Lemon juice – 1 small spoon
Garlic chopped fine – 1 small spoon
Salt – For taste
How to prepare Grilled Vegetable Brochure with Tzatziki Sauce?
1. Cut ingredients no: 1 into big square pieces.
2. Skew them into two skewers in alternative pattern.
3. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2 and marinate the vegetable pieces.
4. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
5. Heat a non-stick pan and cook all sides of skewed vegetables in medium flame till they are cooked.
6. Mix ingredients no: 3 to prepare Tzatziki Sauce and serve along with grilled vegetables.
