Anything dipped in batter and fried is usually called a fritter. Pazham Pori, Onion Pakoda / Onion Bajji, Potato Bajji, Mixed Vegetable Pakoda, Palak Pakoda, and Banana Bajji are some of the common fritters popular in the Indian subcontinent. Try these unique Egg Fritters, too! This recipe includes soya sauce and celery as key ingredients to get a perfect Chinese blend.

Ingredients for Egg Fritters:
- Eggs – 3
- Spring onion chopped – 1 small spoon
Celery chopped – 1 small spoon
Soya sauce – 1 small spoon
Salt and pepper – As needed - Maida – 2 big spoons
Corn flour – 2 big spoons
Water – As needed - Oil – For frying
How to prepare Egg Fritters?
- Beat the eggs and add ingredients no: 2 to them.
- Heat a frying pan and prepare an omelette using this mixture.
- Cut this omelette into small square pieces.
- Mix the maida and cornflour with sufficient water to make a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip each omelette piece in batter and deep-fry in hot oil.
- Egg fritters should turn golden brown.
