Ingredients for Dates Rolls:

  1. Dates crushed without seeds – 1 Kg
  2. Butter – 100 gm
  3. Mari biscuit – 20
  4. Sugar – 1/2 cup

Method of preparation of Dates Rolls:

  1. Heat a pan and add butter and sugar.
  2. When it starts melting add dates and sauté for 10-15 minutes. Put the flame off
  3. Break biscuits into 4 pieces each and add to dates. Mix contents well.
  4. Spread this mixture in a butter paper or aluminum foil and roll it to form a rod.
  5. Allow it to cool and then place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  6. Cut into thin round pieces along with foil. Remove foil and use.
