Curd Pudding
Ingredients for Curd Pudding:
- Thick Curd – 2 cups
Condensed Milk – 1 tin
2. Nutmeg – A small piece
Milk – 2 teaspoons
3. Cashew Nuts roasted in Ghee – ½ cup
How to prepare Curd Pudding?
1. Mix thick curd and condensed milk well and beat thoroughly.
2. Grind nutmeg with a little milk and add it to the curd mixture.
3. Pour this into a butter-greased dish, cover tightly, and steam well in steamer with lid.
4. When three-fourths cooked, open the lid and sprinkle half of the roasted cashew nuts on top.
5. Steam again, ensuring that the steam from the lid does not drip onto the pudding.
6. Finally, sprinkle the remaining cashew nuts on top and serve warm or chilled.
