Chicken Samosa
Ingredients for Chicken Samosa:
1. Oil – As required
2. Onion – 2, chopped
Green chilli – 3, chopped
Ginger-garlic paste – 1/4 tsp
3. Chicken cooked with salt and turmeric – 100g
4. Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
5. Coriander leaves, Curry leaves – As required
6. Maida – 1 cup
Salt, Oil, Water – As required
How to prepare Chicken Samosa?
1. Heat oil and sauté the second set of ingredients. Add cooked chicken and sauté well.
2. Add garam masala powder and turmeric powder, sauté for a while, then add coriander leaves and curry leaves. This is the filling.
3. Mix maida, oil, salt, and water to prepare a soft dough.
4. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into chapati-sized circles. Cut each circle into four pieces.
5. Shape each piece into a cone, fill with the prepared filling, and seal it.
6. Fry each one in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
