Chicken 65 – Method 2
Ingredients for Chicken 65:
- Chicken pieces – 1 kg
- Coconut oil – ½ kg
- Chilli powder – 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 2 tsp
- Ginger paste – 50 gm
- Corn flour – 50 gm
- Hen egg – 1
- Garlic paste – 50 gm
- Red colour – 1 pinch
- Salt – as required
For garnishing:
Salad cucumber, carrot, onion and tomato – as needed (sliced to round pieces)
How to prepare Chicken 65?
- Mix all powders and grinded items together along with salt and egg adding a little water.
- Marinate chicken pieces and keep it aside for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces till it becomes brown.
- Take a serving plate and spread chicken pieces. Then decorate using cucumber, carrot, onion and tomato according to your imagination.
