Cheese Biscuit

Ingredients for Cheese Biscuit:

1. Maida – 200 gm

2. Cheese grated – 70 gm

3. Butter/vanaspati – 100 gm

4. Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

    Sesame seeds – 1 small spoon

    Cumin seeds – 1 small spoon

    Salt – As required

5. Egg – 1

6. Baking powder – 1 pinch

7. Water – A little

How to prepare Cheese biscuit?

1. Pre-heat oven in 150 degree celsious.

2. Mix cheese with butter or vanaspati, and knead it till the mixture turns soft.

3. Add maida little by little and mix well.

4. Add ingredients no: 4 to 7 one by one and knead the dough.

5. Spread the dough to the thickness of biscuit and cut into desired pieces.

6. Apply a little oil or butter to the baking tray.

7. Transfer the contents to the tray.

8. Bake for 10-15 minutes till the upper side of the pieces turns red.
