Cauliflower Coconut Milk Curry

Ingredients for Cauliflower Coconut Milk Curry:

1. Cauliflower – 1

2. Olive oil – 2 big spoons

3. Turmeric powder – 2 small spoons

    Cumin powder – 1 small spoon

4. Onions – 1, chopped fine

    Garlic – 4 cloves, crushed

    Ginger – 2-inch piece, grated

5. Curry powder – 2 big spoons

    Cumin powder – 1 small spoon

    Coriander powder – 1 small spoon

    Salt – As needed

6. Coconut milk – 800 milli

    Tomato – 400 gm, chopped fine

7. Coriander leaves – One small bundle, chopped

How to prepare Cauliflower Coconut Milk Curry?

1. Clean cauliflower and separate into small florets.

2. Heat a tawa and pour one big spoon of olive oil.

3. Spread cauliflower florets on oil and sprinkle turmeric powder & cumin powder.

4. Roast cauliflower in this oil.

5. In the remaining oil, sauté ingredients no: 4.

6. When onions turn soft, add ingredients no: 5 and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

7. When the aroma of masala comes out, add coconut milk and tomato.

8. Reduce the flame and cook for 30 minutes.

9. Add roasted cauliflower and coriander leaves. Put the flame off.
