Aditi Ravi is a Malayalam film actress who plays lead roles. She shot to fame with 2017 comedy entertainer, Alamarah opposite Sunny Wayne, and also played lead role opposite Pranav Mohanlal in Aadhi. She played female lead opposite Kunchakko Boban in Kuttanadan Marpappa and her character had grey shades. Aditi marked her film debut with 2014 film, Angry Babies in Love, playing the supporting role of Maria. Beware of Dogs, Kohinoor and Adventures of Omanakuttan are other releases.

Aditi Ravi dreamt to become actress since childhood

Aditi Ravi hails from Thrissur, Kerala. Her father Ravi is a retired employee with Saudi airlines. She has one elder sister and one elder brother. Since school days, she dreamt to become an actress and used to share her acting dreams with friends. For class 10 autograph, some of her friends wrote, “May your acting dreams come true”, and she manifested those wishes.

She started modelling during her graduation days at Christ College, Irinjalakuda. Later she appeared in TV commercials which paved the way to films. After playing several supporting roles on screen, Alamara marked her debut in a lead role, and the film was a box office hit. During auditions when she was asked to enact something comfortable, she acted like a girl who reaches Bangalore, and later she played similar kind of role.

After her noted performance in Alamara, she acted in Adventures of Omanakuttan, Aadi, Naam, Patham Valavu, 12th Man, Kuttanadan Marpappa, Neru, Christopher, Patham Valavu, Hunt, Khajuraho Dreams etc.  She has been casted as Nivin Pauly‘s wife in Baby Girl. She also plays female lead opposite Suresh Gopi in Arikomban.

1. She played the cameo role of Athira Krishnan IAS in Manju Warrier starrer Udaharanam Sujatha (Manju’s daughter).

2. She was featured in the Malayalam music video – Yelove, and the song was sung by Shreya Ghoshal.

3. While she was studying in class 3, campus movie Niram got released. She got fascinated with Christ College, Irinjalakuda where the film was shot. She dreamt to study in the college and her dream was fulfilled too.
