Quick Chocolate Mousse recipe

Ingredients for Quick Chocolate Mousse:

1. Dark chocolate – 120 gm, broken into small pieces

2. Cream – 120 milli

3. Egg – 2

4. Orange skin scratched – From 1 small orange

    Brandy – 1 big spoon (optional)

How to prepare Quick Chocolate Mousse?

1. Take the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl.

2. Boil cream in a pan, and pour it on top of the chocolate.

3. Mix the contents till chocolate completely melts.

4. Separate the white and yellow yolk of eggs.

5. Beat the yellow yolk and add to the chocolate mixture.

6. Beat the contents well.

7. Add lemon skin and brandy (if only needed) and mix the contents.

8. Beat egg white till it thickens and add to the chocolate mixture.

9. Mix it well and transfer Quick Chocolate Mousse to serving bowls, small cups, or glasses.

10. Keep them in the refrigerator and allow them to set.

11. Decorate your Quick Chocolate Mousse with scratched chocolate and serve chilled.
