Mango Sago Pudding

Ingredients for Mango Sago Pudding:

1. Cooked sago – 4 cups

2. Mangoes – 4

3. Cream – 1 cup

    Condensed milk – ½ cup

How to prepare Mango Sago Pudding?

1. Cook the sago well and drain. Always add sago only after the water starts boiling, otherwise it will dissolve in water.

2. Peel the mangoes and cut two slices from each fruit.

3. Cut these slices into small cubes and gently mix them with the drained sago. Keep aside.

4. Blend the remaining mango pieces along with cream and condensed milk in a mixer until smooth and creamy.

5. Add the sago–mango mixture to this blended cream and mix gently.

6. Pour into serving bowls or a large pudding bowl and refrigerate to chill.

7. Once cooled, garnish with mango pieces and serve.
