Judah Sandhy – Kannada music composer of Operation Alamelamma fame

Judah Sandhy is a music composer, musician and singer from Bangalore, best known for his association with Kannada cinema. In 2017 he composed the music of Operation Alamelamma, which helped him to cement his position in Kannada film industry. He sang the title track of the album, and also Alaga Alaga song along with Abhinandan Mahishale and Shreya Sundar Iyer. His songs for Chamak also got well-noticed. Idham Premam Jeevanam, Lifu Super, Badmaash, Thayige Thakka Maga, Thamisra etc are other works till now.

Born in Bangalore in 1989, Judah Sandhy has been drawn to music since young. While studying at St. Aloysius College, Bangalore, he started a music band – Slain. Initially he began with music production after his college days, and then decided to take music as full-time profession. He set up a music studio, and started working with jingles. Thamisra in 2015 marked his debut in Kannada film industry as a background scorer and Badmaash marked his debut as a music composer in 2016. After a couple of projects in 2016, he finally found his foot in the industry through Operation Alamelamma. ABCD — American Born Confused Desi, Ira, 8MM etc are his recent projects.
