Coconut-Cornflakes Cracknuts

Ingredients for Coconut-Cornflakes Cracknuts:

1. Thick coconut milk – 1 cup

2. Coconut scrapped – 2

3. Condensed milk – ½ cup

4. Butter – 25 gm

5. Cashews roasted – ½ cup

6. Sugar – 10 big spoons

    Water – 2 small spoons

7. Corn flakes – 75 gms

8. Sesame seeds – 2 small spoons

How to prepare Coconut-Cornflakes Cracknuts?

1. Heat pan and add coconut milk and scrapped coconut.

2. Sauté the contents.

3. Add condensed milk, butter and cashews one after another and keep stirring.

4. When the contents thicken, take a small spoon of the content and put in water.

5. If it turns a ball, the consistency is perfect. Otherwise continue cooking.

6. After taking from flame, make small balls from it, while it’s warm.

7. Heat a pan and add sugar and water.

8. When sugar melts and turns brown, add cornflakes and sesame, and stir the contents.  

9. Roll each ball in this cornflake mixture to get a fine coat.

10. Serve chilled.
