Kabuli Pulao
This Kabuli Pulao recipe is a part of Hyderabad cuisine menu.
Ingredients for Kabuli Pulao:
1. Basmati rice – ½ kg
2. Bengal gram – 50 gm
3. Ghee – As needed
4. Onions chopped – 1
5. Water – 300 milli
6. Milk – 100 milli
7. Salt – For taste
How to prepare Kabuli Pulao?
1. Wash rice, rinse it and strain off excess water.
2. Soak Bengal gram in water.
3. Heat ghee and sauté onions.
4. Add Bengal gram and fry well.
5. Add water, followed by milk and boil the contents.
6. Add rice and cook in low flame.
7. You can serve with Murg Qutab Shahi.
