Tomato Curry with Onion Paste

Ingredients for Tomato Curry with Onion Paste:

1. Oil – A little

   Onion chopped – 2

    Red chillies – 2

2. Cumin seeds – 1 small spoon

    Coriander powder – 1 big spoon

    Pepper powder – ½ small spoon

    Curry leaves – 1 stalk

3. Coconut scrapped – 1 big spoon

    Salt – For taste

4. Oil – For tempering

    Mustard – ½ tsp

    Tomatoes – 5, chopped

5. Coriander leaves – A little

How to prepare Tomato Curry with Onion Paste?

1. Heat oil, and sauté onion and red chillies.

2. Add ingredients no: 2, sauté well and take off from flame.

3. Add ingredients no: 3 to it and make a fine paste using a mixer.

4. Heat oil and sputter mustard seeds.

5. Sauté tomatoes and when it’s done, add grinded paste to it.

6. Allow the contents to boil.

7. Add chopped coriander leaves and put off the flame.

8. Serve hot with chapatti.
