Rice Souffle with Fish

Ingredients for Rice Souffle with Fish:

1. Raw rice (Pachari) cooked – 2 cups

2. Fish with thick flesh, fried & after removing spines – ½ cup

3. Green peas fried – ½ cup

4. Butter – 2 small spoons

5. Salt & pepper – For taste

6. Milk – ¼ cup

7. Grated cheese – 1 cube

8. Eggs beaten – 2

How to prepare Rice Souffle with Fish?

1. Pre-heat oven in 180 degree Celsius.

2. Mix all ingredients together and transfer to an oven-proof dish.

3. Bake in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
