Rasakoott

 

Ingredients for Rasakoott:

  1. Coriander powder – 100 gm
  2. Chilli powder – 50 gm
  3. Pepper powder – 25 gm
  4. Green Peas dal powder – 50 gm
  5. Turmeric powder – 1 small spoon
  6. Asafetida powder – 1 small spoon
  7. Tamarind – 50 gm
  8. Curry leaves – 2 stem
  9. Garlic – 25 gm
  10. Jaggery – 50 gm
  11. Salt – as needed

How to prepare Rasakoott?

  1. Use a stone to grind all these ingredients together. Avoid mixer.
  2. When it’s grinded well (without adding water), store it in a container.
