Paneer Burji

Ingredients for Paneer Burji:

1. Paneer – 250 gm

2. Oil – 3 big spoons

3. Onions – 1.5, finely chopped

    Ginger – 1 piece, finely chopped

    Green chillies – 3, finely chopped

    Garlic – 4 cloves, finely chopped

4. Chilli powder – ½ small spoon

    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

5. Tomato – 3, finely chopped

6. Salt – For taste

7. Coriander leaves – 3 big spoons, finely chopped

How to prepare Paneer Burji?

1. Crush paneer cubes manually.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 3.

3. Add ingredients no: 4 and sauté again.

4. Add tomato pieces and continue sauting.

5. When it’s done, add salt, followed by paneer.

6. Mix contents well, add coriander leaves and put off flame.
