Musara

Ingredients for Musara:

1. Maida – 1 cup

    Milk – 1 cup

    Coconut milk- 1 cup

2. Ghee – 1 big spoon

3. Cashew nut – 1 big spoon

    Raisins – 1 big spoon

    Shallots chopped – 1 big spoon

4. Sugar – As required

    Cardamom powder – as required

5. Ghee – 1 big spoon

How to prepare Musara?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 without forming lumps.

2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry ingredients no: 3 separately and keep aside.

3. Cook maida mixture adding ingredients no: 4 in low flame.

4. Cook till contents turn thick.

5. Add ghee, mix well and put off the flame.

6. Take a plate, apply a little ghee and transfer maida mixture to it.

7. Sprinkle fried raisins, cashews and onions on its top.

8. When it cools, cut into desired shapes and serve.
