Muhallabi
Ingredients for Muhallabi:
1. Milk – 2 cups
Cornflour – 3 big spoons
Sugar – ½ cup
2. Orange juice – 2 cups
Cornflour – 3 big spoons
Sugar – ½ cup
3. Cashews powdered – As needed
How to prepare Muhallabi?
1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together and place in low flame.
2. Cook till the contents turns thick.
3. Pour it to serving glasses, filling half portion.
4. Mix ingredients no: 2 and place in low flame.
5. Cook till the contents turns thick.
6. Pour it to serving glasses, filling remaining portion.
7. When the pudding cools completely, place in refrigerator and allow to set.
8. Decorate with cashew powder and serve chilled.
