Masala Chutney
Ingredients for Masala Chutney:
1. Coconut scrapped – ¼ portion
2. Sarvasugandhi leaf (Jamaica pepper) – 3 or 4
3. Curry leaves – A little
4. Coriander leaves – A little
5. Bay leaf (Vayana Ila) – 2
6. Bird’s eye chili (Kanthari) – 8-10
7. Ginger – A piece
8. Tamarind – Gooseberry sized
9. Salt – For taste
How to prepare Masala Chutney?
1. Make a fine paste of all ingredients to prepare masala chutney.
2. Roll it to a gooseberry shape and serve.
