Kadalaykka Pola
Ingredients of Kadalaykka Pola:
1. Bengal gram (Kadala Paripp) – 50 gm
Salt – A pinch
2. Milk – 100 milli
3. Eggs – 7
Sugar – ½ cup
Cardamom – 4 powdered
4. Ghee – One big spoon
How to prepare Kadalaykka Pola?
1. Add salt to Bengal gram and cook it well.
2. Filter water content completely and keep aside.
3. Then grind the cooked daal well by adding milk.
4. Blend well ingredients no: 3 and mix well with grind daal.
5. Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan and spread ghee on its surface fully.
6. Add the prepared mixture to ghee and cook well in low flame.
7. When done, take away from flame and serve after garnishing with fruits.
