Chikku Panna Cotta

Ingredients for Chikku Panna Cotta:

For Strawberry cream:

1. Sapodilla (Chikku) taken as scoops – 100 gm

    Isabgol – 1 small spoon

For Coconut cream:

2. Tender coconut – 100 gm

    Tender coconut juice – 50 milli

    Isabgol – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Chikku Panna Cotta?

1. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 1 to prepare strawberry cream.

2. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2 to prepare coconut cream.

3. In the serving glasses, first fill coconut cream followed by strawberry cream as two layers.

Note: Isabgol is the bran of a variety of medicinal rice, which is commonly used in raw foods as a substitute of gelatine. You can buy it online.
