Carrot Soup

Ingredients for Carrot Soup:

1. Carrot – 6

2. Orange/lemon – 2

3. Turmeric powder – 1 small spoon

    Cumin powder – 1 small spoon

    Sour-less curd – 2 big spoons

    Vegetable stock – 1.5 cups

    Chilli powder – ½ small spoon

    Salt and pepper powder – As per taste

4. Parsley – To decorate

How to prepare Carrot Soup?

1. Remove skin of carrot and chop into pieces.

2. Extract juice from orange/lemon.

3. Make a fine paste of carrot, orange/lemon and ingredients no: 3.

4. Transfer the contents to a saucepan and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.

5. Pour the soup to a serving bowl and decorate with parsley.
