Badusha
Ingredients for Badusha:
1. Curd – 6 big spoons
Sugar – 3 big spoons
2. Maida – 2 cups
Vanaspati – 50 gm
Salt – A pinch
3. Water – ½ cup
4. Sugar – ¾ kg
Water – ¼ cup
5. Oil – For frying
6. Almond sliced – For decorating
How to prepare Badusha?
1. Take ingredients no: 1 in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add ingredients no: 2 to this mixture and blend well.
3. Add water little by little to prepare dough.
4. Allow the dough to rest for 1 hour.
5. Make lemon sized balls from the dough after one hour.
6. Use your thump to press gently the middle portion of each ball.
7. Heat oil in a pan and fry your badusha till light brown colour.
8. Mix sugar with water and boil well.
9. When the solution turns thread like, take it from flame.
10. Add the fried badusha to it and mix well.
11. You can use the sweet once the contents get cooled.
12. You can decorate badusha with sliced almond pieces.
