Fudge Pudding
Ingredients for Fudge Pudding:
1. Coco powder – 6 small spoons
Sugar – 1 cup
Maida – ¼ cup
Salt – A pinch
Butter – ½ cup
Eggs – 2, beaten
2. Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon
3. Available fruits of your preference – For topping
Chocolate biscuit powdered and cashews fried – For topping
How to prepare Fudge Pudding?
1. Pre-heat oven in 350 degree Fahrenheit.
2. Mix ingredients no: 1 in a bowl.
3. Add vanilla essence to it and mix it well.
4. Grease a baking dish and transfer the contents to it.
5. Fill water in a tray and immerse this baking dish inside it.
6. Bake this set in pre-heated oven for approximately 35 minutes till the pudding sets.
7. Take it out and allow to cool.
8. Spread boiled pieces of fruits like apple and pine apple on its top or fruits of your preference.
9. Sprinkle fried cashews and powdered chocolate biscuit on its top.
10. You can serve Fudge Pudding with cream, custard or ice cream.
