Stay beautiful this summer through these natural treatments

Hot summer – a season that everyone hates most! Using chemical products, though you can keep your skin fresh for a while during summer it’s not at all permanent solution. So, let me provide you some natural beauty products made from home – so, it’s very homely and protects your skin naturally.

Bathing powder

Take powders of green gram, turmeric and sandalwood one cup each. Add 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, 1 teaspoon dried rose petals, 2 tea spoon almond oil and 1.5 tsp saffron soaked in milk. Add half cup milk or coconut milk and mix all ingredients well. Then apply this mixture to your body and wash it off after 20 minutes using clear water. If you do this natural treatment once in every week, it removes dead cells of the skin adding beauty to your skin and makes it soft.

Natural scrub

1. Take 1tsp oats, a pinch sugar, a pinch rice powder and ½ tsp baking powder. Mix them well using a little water. Paste should be thick. Apply it on your face and wash it off after 20 minutes to get glowing skin.

2. Tomato juice, green gram powder, curd and lemon juice – take one spoon each of all these 4 ingredients, mix well and apply on your face. Wash it off after 15 minutes. You can get rid of paleness of your face through this treatment.

Cleanser

1. Lemon juice, carrot juice, orange juice and olive oil – take one spoon each and add 1 tablespoon yeast and ½ tsp curd to it. Apply it on your face and clean it off after 15 minutes to remove paleness of your face.

2. Take 2 tsp rose water, 1tsp glycerin, 1tsp vinegar and 1 tablespoon honey. Mix them well and apply on your face. Wash your face after 20 minutes to see your skin glowing.

Moisturizer

1. Crush one banana (big type). Add 1tsp milk powder, ½ tsp honey and 1 table spoon rose water to it. Mix all ingredients together and apply on your face. Clean your face after 20 minutes.

2. Mix together ¼ apple, ¼ table spoon honey and a white yolk and apply to your face. Wash it off after 15 minutes to get a shiny skin.

Some natural and quick remedies to remain beautiful during summer

It’s true sun rays can fade your beauty, complexion and skin colour. Let me provide a few natural methods to regain beauty during summer season.

1. Take 4 table spoons of milk. Add 1 table spoon honey and 2 table spoon lemon juice to it. Mix it well and apply it on your face and neck. Wash it off after 15 minutes. It’s a good treatment for oily skin.

2. Remove skin of a small piece cucumber and make it a fine paste adding 4 almonds. Mix it with 2 spoon cool milk and apply this pack on face and neck. Wash it after 10 minutes. It removes paleness caused by sun rays.

3. Powder one table spoon dried orange skin. Add one tea spoon rose water and 2 drops of lemon juice and mix the contents well. Apply on your face and wash it off after 10 minutes.

4. Apply ghee on your lips before sleep. It guards your lips from cracks. Apply sun protection lip balm before you go out in sun.

5. Take equal amount of lime juice and cucumber juice. Mix them well and apply on your lips. Wash it off after 15 minutes to get good colour and shininess of lips.

6. Mix one spoon sugar with one spoon olive oil and massage it on your face for 10 minutes. It regains the colour after sun exposure.

7. Add 2 tsp curd to 1 tsp rice powder and mix well. Apply this mixture on your face as a pack and clean it off after 10 minutes. It’s a good remedy to skin after sun exposure.

8. Mix together 4 tablespoon curd, 2 table spoon honey and 3 table spoon lemon juice. Apply it on your face and massage for 2-3 minutes. Then clean your face using cold water.

9. Take one teaspoon green gram powder and equal amounts of lemon juice and curd. Grate a small piece of carrot too. Mix all these contents well and apply on your face and neck. Your skin will become smooth and glowing.

10. Take equal amount of lime juice and cucumber juice and mix with rose water. Wash off after 15 minutes. 

11. Take 2 big spoons of gram flour, add a pinch of turmeric powder and a big spoon each rose water and milk and mix well. Apply on your face, and wash it off after 20 minutes. Also sprinkle a little drops of water often to retain the moisture content. For removing the pack, scrub in clockwise direction first and then in ant-clockwise direction to completely remove it.

12. Take a big spoon of masoor dal (red lenthils) and add equal amount of tomato juice to it. Also add a stem of aloe vera to it, mix it well and apply on face. After half an hour, wash it off in cold or lukewarm water. You can do it twice or thrice a week.

13. Take 3 big spoons of curd, add 2 big spoons of powdered oats. Massage your face using this pack for a few minutes in round circle on your face and apply it. Wash it off after 15 minutes.

14. In one big spoon curd, add equal amount of tomato juice. Apply on your face. Wash it off after half an hour. You can use this pack twice or thrice a week.

15. Take a big spoon orange juice and add equal amount of curd. Apply on your face and wash it off after half an hour. 

16. Take a medium sized potato and grind well using a mixer. Add a big spoon of lemon juice and apply on pale skin exposed to sunlight. Wash it off after half an hour using cold water.

17. Take 2 big spoons of milk and add a pinch of turmeric powder. Apply on your face and wash it off after half an hour using lukewarm water.   

18. Mix 2 big spoons of multani mitti with one big spoon aloe vera stem and cold water. Apply on your face and neck. After 15 minutes, using moist fingers gently massage your face and then wash it off.

19. Take 4-5 almonds and grind it well adding rose water. Add a small spoon of lemon juice to it. Apply on your face and scrub for 1 minute. After 3 or 4 minutes, wash it off.

20. Mix 2 big spoons of rice flour with 1 big spoon of tomato juice and a pinch turmeric powder. Mix it well adding some rose water. Apply this pack on your face and wash it off after 15 minutes. Do it twice a week to achieve bright skin.
