Aripathiri Fried (Aripathiri Porichath)

Ingredients for Aripathiri Fried (Aripathiri Porichath):

1. Rice powder – ½ kg

    Salt – For taste

    Boiling water – As required

2. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Aripathiri Fried (Aripathiri Porichath)?

1. Add salt and boiling water to rice powder and mix well to make dough.

2. When it turns soft, make 10 balls out of them.

3. Spread each ball into pooris with a little thickness.

4. Fry each rice pathiri in hot oil.
