Vipasha Agarwal – Model and Bollywood actress of ‘I See You’ fame

Vipasha Agarwal is a successful model and Bollywood actress. She played lead role opposite Arjun Rampal in 2006 movie, I See You. Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan made brief appearance in a song sequence in the film. However it was not enough and the film flopped at box office. Later Vipasha continued with her modelling career rather than concentrating on to films. Yet her lead role as Dr. Shivani Dutt is not forgotten by audience.

Vipasha hails from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. She started her career as a model before she bagged her first Bollywood project, I See You in 2006. She has also appeared in several TV ads like Monte Carlo, Lakme, Fair & lovely and Garnier. She has also worked for leading Indian brands like The Taj Group, Thumbs up, Lakme etc, and has also appeared in several print ads. Vipasha has been a successful ramp model too. Lakme Fashion Week gave her the big break in Indian fashion industry. She was selected as ‘Face of Lakme 2007’ and she also bagged Lakme Free Spirit with Katrina Kaif.

Vipasha Agarwal – Some interesting facts

1. She was spotted by Meher Rampal in a photo shoot and offered her the lead role in a movie produced by Meher herself. The film starred her husband in male lead role.

2. I See You was the debut movie of Vipasha, and the movie was based on the novel If Only It Were True, and had elements from Malayalam film Vismayathumbathu and Hollywood flick Just Like Heaven.

3. Vipasha Agarwal has appeared in numerous jewellery ads in stunning looks.

4. She entirely changes in appearance once she put on the makeup, and also owns a successful modelling career.

5. She is also a successful entrepreneur.

6. As a ramp model she has worked with Ritu Kumar and many other fashion designers.
