Vietnamese Honathaana

Ingredients for Vietnamese Honathaana:

1. Cooked chicken adding salt & pepper – 100 gm

2. Cooked prawn adding salt & pepper – 100 gm

3. Sesame – 3 tsp

4. Salt & pepper – As required

For coating:

5. Maida – 1 cup

    Yellow yolk – 1

    Water – As required

How to prepare Vietnamese Honathaana?

1. In the maida flour, add salt, yolk and sufficient water to prepare dough.

2. Allow it to rest for half an hour.

3. Cut chicken into small pieces and mix with cooked prawns and sesame seeds.

4. Also add salt and pepper. This is the filling.

5. Spread dough into thin sheets and cut into square pieces.

6. Place filling inside each sheet and make bundles to fully wrap the filling. The ends should be like flowers.

7. Deep fry each piece in hot oil.
