Vegetable Jal Fries
Ingredients for Vegetable Jal Fries:
1. Carrot – 1
Beans – 5
Potato – 1
Capsicum – 1
2. Oil – 2 big spoons
3. Cumin seeds – A pinch
Red chillies – 3
4. Onion – 2, sliced
5. Tomato – 1, grinded
6. Salt – As needed
7. Coriander powder – 2 small spoons
Chat masala – 2 small spoons
8. Coriander leaves – To decorate
How to prepare Vegetable Jal Fries?
1. Slice all the ingredients listed as 1 very thin, and deep fry in hot oil.
2. Keep them aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds and red chillies.
4. Add onions and sauté again.
5. Add tomato paste and sauté the ingredients well.
6. Add salt, coriander powder and chat masala and mix well.
7. Add fried vegetables to it, mix well and take off from flame.
8. Decorate with coriander leaves.
9. Serve hot with pudina chutney.
