Unangiya Ethapazham Balls (Dried Banana Balls)
Ingredients for Unangiya Ethapazham Balls (Dried Banana Balls):
1. Well-ripen Kerala bananas dried under sun and made to small square pieces – 4 cups
2. Sugar – 4 cups
How to prepare Unangiya Ethapazham Balls (Dried Banana Balls)?
1. Mix both ingredients and place in low flame.
2. Well sugar melts completely, mix the ingredients well.
3. When it turns sticky enough to make balls, take off from flame.
4. When the mixture starts cooling, make small balls out of it.
