Stuffed Chicken Breast with Palak & Mushroom

Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Breast with Palak & Mushroom:

1. Chicken breast – 2

2. Salt, pepper powder, garlic crushed, lemon juice – As per taste

3. Butter – 1 big spoon

4. Onion – 1, finely chopped

    Garlic finely chopped – 1 big spoon

5. Palak finely chopped – 1 cup

    Mushroom finely chopped – 1/2 cup

6. Red chillies crushed – 1 small spoon

    Salt and pepper – For taste

7. Olive oil – 1 small spoon

8. Cheese slice -2

How to prepare Stuffed Chicken Breast with Palak & Mushroom?

1. Make a deep cut in the middle portion of chicken breast to insert filling.

2. Marinate the chicken using ingredients no: 2 and keep in refrigerator for 12 hours.

3. Preheat oven in 400 degree Fahrenheit.

4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 4.

5. Add ingredients no: 5 and sauté ingredients no: 5.

6. When the contents are well cooked, sauté ingredients no: 6 along with it.

7. When it’s done, take off the flame.

8. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry chicken breast till it turns brown.

9. Flip both sides to fry the chicken and its surface turns brown.

10. Fill the chicken with above prepared mixture and also put a cheese slice each.

11. Transfer the chicken pieces to baking tray and place inside pre-heated oven.

12. Bake for next 30 minutes.

13. Serve with sauces and cooked vegetables.

To prepare sauce:

In the remaining oil used to fry pan, sauté a little shallots and garlic and add a little brandy. Add mustard and chicken stock, and finally salt, cream and pepper powder to prepare the sauce.
