Poricha Pathiri and Mutton Chaps

Ingredients for Poricha Pathiri:

1. Coconut scrapped – ½ cup

    Shallots – 5

    Fennel seeds – ¼ small spoon

2. Water – 2 cups

3. Salt – For taste

    Sugar – 1 small spoon

    Ghee – 1 big spoon

4. Pathiri flour – 2 cups

5. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Poricha Pathiri?

1. Crush ingredients no: 1 together.

2. Boil water and add ingredients no: 3, followed by pathiri flour.

3. Mix well and put of the flame.

4. Mix it well, add coconut mixture and continue mixing.

5. Add flour and spread them.

6. Using a cutter, cut them into round shapes.

7. Deep fry in hot oil.

8. Serve them with mutton chaaps.
